Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel orders where we have reason to believe this condition has not been met.
Products
Honey Peak products are dietary supplements sold for general wellness purposes. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on our website constitutes medical advice.
If you have a medical condition, are taking prescription medication, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, ingredient information, and images on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that this information is complete, error-free, or up to date at all times. Orders & Contract
When you place an order on honey-peak.com, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the price displayed. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or incomplete payment.
Orders placed before 10:00 PM US Eastern Time on a business day are processed that same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, except for orders already confirmed.
Applicable taxes (including VAT where required) and shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards and any other payment methods shown at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Subscriptions
We offer recurring subscription orders. By subscribing, you authorise Honey Peak to charge your payment method automatically at the selected frequency until you cancel.
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next scheduled renewal by contacting us at info@honey-peak.com or through your account settings. Cancellations made after a renewal has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for subscription renewals that have already been charged unless the order has not yet been dispatched.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice. If pricing changes, we will notify you before the next renewal so you can cancel if you choose.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping is $4.95. Orders of $50 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard transit takes 3–5 business days, for an estimated total delivery window of 4–7 business days. Delivery times may vary by location.
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon handover to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on unused and unopened products. To initiate a return, contact us at info@honey-peak.com within 60 days of delivery. We will issue a return document. Products must be returned using a tracked shipping method at the customer's expense.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless the product is faulty or not as described.
